I've tried every version of Proton that Steam offered to me, and none of them worked. When I try to run the game, it says "Preparing to launch Need for Speed Undercover" and then that window closes and nothing else happens. In other words, the game doesn't launch at all, no matter which Proton version I try. Am I missing a dependency or something?
