Mention "guild run, open recruitment, etc." and recruit people for your raids that way. If people enjoy the environment, and are looking for a change, they're already aware there's an opening. They have "Looking For Guild" section looking mostly for normal and heroic, can raid any day, any time, returning player can raid mithic but have no experience in it

Yup definitely, stuff like that can really turn you off from guilds for a while.
